CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received 24 hours or more before the scheduled class or other training session will be eligible for a one-time rescheduling credit for any class available in the upcoming course list.  If a course or training is not available, the credit will remain on customers’ profile, which can be applied towards an individual training session, group course, or membership fee. No refunds. Rescheduling is an option, but must take place prior to the class date.  If you missed a class, there will be no refunds, but we'll be more than happy to move you to a different class for equal or lesser value.
